The PHX Series blasters, with their best in class performance, are all pneumatic single hose CO2 cleaning systems designed with the end user in mind.
Dry ice blasting (CO2 cleaning systems) have been developed as a clean, safe alternative to hand scrubbing, solvent wiping, sand, bead, or soda blasting.
Phoenix Unlimited LLC manufactures commercial dry ice blasting equipment for use in a wide range of industrial cleaning applications and markets.
Today, dry ice blasting equipment is being used in almost all areas of industrial cleaning. Applications for this technology include cleaning in the following industries; tire molds, plastic molds, printing presses, food facilities, nuclear decontamination, rubber molds, automotive plants, semiconductor equipment, etc.
The PAC Series air dryer/cleaners condition blast air from your compressor to help extend the life of your blasting equipment and reduce possible contamination

Dry ice cleaning, (also referred to as dry ice blasting or CO2 cleaning), has become a integral part of the cleaning process in a variety of industries throughout the world. It is the process by which high velocity dry ice particles are accelerated at a targeted surface for the purpose of contamination removal or cleaning.
In basic terms, dry ice blasting is simply using the kinetic energy of the accelerated dry ice particles to hit the target substrate and relocate the contamination. Unlike the chiseling effect of grit blasting, that actually removes portions of the substrate, dry ice blasting cleans by way of a nonabrasive gas flushing action. The particles and/or contaminate are simply lifted off by the impact and release of energy created by the dry ice impacting the surface.

Dry ice blasting greatly reduces, or eliminates the need for caustics, solvents and other chemicals normally used for industrial cleaning.

Dry ice is made from recycled or recaptured CO2, thus giving it a second useful life. This results in a net zero effect on the atmosphere and environment. It is truly tone of the “greenest”
cleaning process available today.
